BAHA is part of Hargreaves Enterprises, a leading hospitality group in the Lake District with a portfolio of five destination brands, spanning luxury boutique accommodation, fine dining, and lively entertainment venues.

Our reputation matters, but what we're most proud of is how we look after our people. Staff here win awards. They grow through genuine training and development. They're part of something worth putting on a CV.

We're also committed to doing things the right way. We use ground and air source energy to heat and cool our venues, work with suppliers to create more sustainable drinks, and support the Burnt Chef Project in promoting mental health and wellbeing across hospitality.

At BAHA you'll be responsible for creating drinks to a high standard, handling orders through the till, and delivering genuine hospitality to every guest. You'll need to be flexible: floor and hosting duties are part of the role when the venue needs it.

  • Take orders and process payments accurately through the till system

  • Interact with the reservation system and manage guest accounts correctly

  • Know the food and drink menus thoroughly, including allergens, pricing, and any active promotions

  • Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and guest-ready, following opening and closing checklists

  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth service

  • Answer questions about bookings, other brands, menu ingredients and pricing

  • Work the floor and host when required, with the same care and professionalism as behind the bar

  • Understand and follow the venue's Standard Operating Procedures

For this role, we are looking for people who have:

  • A team player who takes their share of the shift seriously

  • Exceptional personal presentation

Ideally you will have:

  • Knowledge of cocktails and mixed drinks

  • Experience working floor service alongside bar

  • An interest in food and beverage trends and a drive to upsell

  • The ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Your employee package is as follows:

  • Pay: £12.75 per hour

  • 7.5% service charge: your share of the venue's service charge, paid monthly

  • Tips: access to the monthly staff tip pool

  • Live-in accommodation: available for full-time staff, ideal for those relocating to the Lakes

  • Staff meals: £3.00 per meal on shift
