About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operation of BAHA. This role requires a strong presence on the floor, the ability to lead teams during busy service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of guest experience.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-energy environment while consistently delivering a premium level of customer service.
About BAHA:
BAHA is a late-night, high-volume venue in Bowness-on-Windermere, offering cocktails, live music, and a lively atmosphere throughout the week.
While the pace is fast, quality and standards remain a priority. BAHA operates as a premium venue, where attention to detail, professionalism, and guest satisfaction are essential, even during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage shifts during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
Support, motivate, and guide team members on shift
Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational checks
Act as the Duty Manager and point of escalation when required
About you:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments
Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure
Strong focus on customer service and standards
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay & details:
£13.15 per hour + service charge
Bowness-on-Windermere
Live-in accommodation available
