Seeking a highly organised and friendly individual to join our team as a receptionist at our luxury Lake District hotel. 


As the first point of contact for our guests, our receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.


Experience preferred but full training will be provided. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and checking them in/out.

  • Handling reservations and answering phone calls.

  • Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.


For this role we are looking for people who are.

  • Excellent communicators

  • Have a professional demeanor

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred, but not required).
