Seeking a highly organised and friendly individual to join our team as a receptionist at our luxury Lake District hotel.
As the first point of contact for our guests, our receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Experience preferred but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and checking them in/out.
Handling reservations and answering phone calls.
Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
For this role we are looking for people who are.
Excellent communicators
Have a professional demeanor
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred, but not required).
